- Contact form: your name, email, company, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Advertising features are switched off.
- Security: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry and to manage any project that follows. We do not sell personal information or add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to our team mailbox through an email delivery provider. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case we keep them for the length of the contract and as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hello@weloveitstudio.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR or US state privacy laws may give you further rights.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to measure visits. You can block them in your browser settings.
